*Genesys Infrastructre engineer* *Location: Hartford, CT* *Contract: 12+ Months* *Detailed Job Description & Experience:* 1. Work on enhancements based on the business requirements. 2. Estimate enhancement and support leads in planning the work. 3. Work on Change, Release Planning and Implementation and assist in Upgrades 4. Support production issues, investigate any reported failures, identify the fix & root cause. 5. Identify and implement process to improve the implementation of enhancements and bug fixes. 6. Liaise with external vendors in getting projects completed. 7. Integration with other products for contact center delivery. *Required Qualifications/ Key Skills:* 1. Genesys 7.x & 8.x experience (GVP/CIM) 2. Genesys Reporting experience in (Infomart or CC pulse) 3. Infrastructure Implementation of Changes, Releases and Upgrades *Good to have:* 1.
