The projects have multiple technical phases including the re-platforming the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Selection Scoring applications from Excel to a Web based application, development of a Central Data Repository and Business Intelligence Reporting. Services Requested The developer will provide application development experience in several different technologies to meet the needs of supporting/maintaining current Excel reports (and the Flipper), and re -platforming applications over the next year from Microsoft Excel to a web based solution. This also includes writing ETL code to transform data from the existing Excel application(s) and future ETL from the operational database system to a data and information strategy platform for consumption by MN Housing’s Business Intelligence tools.
