State gov or healthcare experience preferred.* NC DHHS is seeking a MS SQL Server Database Developer with strong system analysis and programming skills/experience to design and develop a web-based ASP.NET system using SQL Server Integration Services (TSQL) and Stored Procedures for the Division of Public Health, Communicable Disease Branch. Duties include but are not limited to writing SSIS packages to load, transform, compare/match, and export data from various data sources (CSV, XML and Excel etc.) based upon business and technical requirements; document the architecture, design and flow of the packages; create SSRS reports based upon business requirements and allow reports to be exported to CSV, Word, Excel, PDF, etc. formats. The system will be a web-based .NET programming and database design. The selected resource will be required to work closely with the business clients, the web developer and technical lead, NC DHHS database support team and the Project Manager.
