Minimum Requirements
10+ years supporting as a Business analyst PeopleSoft Human Capital Module
(HCM) 9.1+
Good knowledge of Benefit administration, complex benefits enrollments,
event management, leave accruals processing, action reason and benefits
Good understanding and knowledge of external interface requirements
definitions, excellent communication skills.
Conduct business analysis and develop functional specifications related to
Benefits which will enhance processes and departmental efficiency using the
PeopleSoft ERP System.
Ability to present business requirements to the development tea m, to test
and validate the developed solutions.
Good understanding of Oracle databases.
Maintain Benefits related PeopleSoft product tables.
Develop Benefits related queries, good knowledge of SQL, SQR, XML
Publisher, Crystal Reports.
Assist Comptroller Department Team Leaders and Managers with project and
status report ng.
Assist Comptroller Depa rtment staff to gain satisfactory comfort level
with the ERP software.
Bachelor's degree in IS, Business, or related field, or 8+ years relevant
experience in a corporate IT environment.
Excellent documentation skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Provide Helpdesk support of the organization's HR applications for Benef
its mod ules.
Strong tea m contributor, take charge individual, self- motivated, and busi
ness oriented.
Ability to train and turn-over knowledge to internal staff members.
Self motivated independent worker, able to lead initiatives from begi nni
ng to end.
Integration knowledge between Time & Labor & Payroll modules.
