*Kindly Reply on: lisa.d...@itbtalent.com <lisa.d...@itbtalent.com>* Description: • Provides technical expertise and support to client, IT management and other infrastructure staff in risk assessments, implementation and operational aspects of appropriate information security procedures and products. • Provides ongoing Level 3 support for LDAP, Siteminder and other Directory Service products. This includes upgrades, patches, tuning, monitoring, problem resolution and identification of root cause, and troubleshooting escalated Directory Service configuration problems. • Performs ongoing log/trend analysis of services and evaluation of new releases and new release functionality. • Has active involvement in related audits and remediation activities • Supports system engineering groups as required for ongoing analysis and integration efforts • Acts as consultant to customers looking for Directory Service solutions. • Acts as lead and mentor to other Directory Service team members.
