The existing project is built on the MEAN stack and has excellent code test coverage. An experienced JavaScript developer who understand closures and prototypes, and writes clean, modular code, and constantly refactor (re-write) code. Experience in the MEAN stack (AngularJS, Node.js, Express and MongoDB). Strong Test Driven Development experience in testing JavaScript and AngularJS is a key requirement, including exposure to testing tools like Mocha, Karma, Jasmine and Protractor. This role requires regular pair programming onsite at SSF Genentech Campus with junior and senior developers. Must be able to articulate and teach other developers concepts and best practices.
