This person shall have the requisite knowledge, skills and expertise to perform the functions herein and to support the existing technical infrastructure of the agency. This person shall also have access to, on an as needed basis, other IT department personnel as appropriate to respond to specific agency technology needs, requirements and activities of the agency. This person shall work at the agency’s physical location an average of three (3) days per week during the term of this agreement and shall be available by telephone, e-mail, etc. at other times as needed by the agency. Current Environment >From this facility, the Authority’s personnel administers each of its programs on a statewide basis.
