*Summary*

The Project Manager should hold a minimum 8-12 years of IT experience with
3-4 years of relevant PM experience and is expected to apply professional
project management principles, practices, and techniques to lead project
teams and control project schedule, effort and risks to ensure satisfied
customers. PM should be either PMP or Prince 2 practitioner certified.



The PM should be able to manage 2 Large Complex Projects and up to 4 Small
projects or a combination of Small and large projects. Should be
comfortable in working in Matrix organisation where the team is formed from
functional groups.







* Roles & Responsibilities:*

-          Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder
requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements
accordingly

-          Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team
member’s blocks are minimized, and provide timely feedback to stakeholder.

-          Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives.

-          Track progress and review project tasks to make certain
deadlines are met appropriately.

-          Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to
stakeholders

-          Follow TCS-client policies, procedures and methodologies

-          Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping
the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view.

-          Facilitate troubleshooting technical issues when the need
arises, and escalating appropriately as needed

-          Prepare and maintain timelines and target dates in Microsoft
Project Plan





·         *Manage Large Complex Projects ( GNP, MTF-C)*

·         *Project Planning,  Risk Management, Stakeholder Management,
External Vendor Management, Status Reporting*
