*Responsibilities:*HR systems teams on HRIS projects, including developing,
coaching, and motivating employees.
Participate in HR systems project prioritization discussions
Manage a portfolio of HR systems projects ensuring that the approved
projects have positive return on investment (ROI) and/or solid business
case
Manage HR systems and IT&S resources assigned to core/enhancement/process
improvement work. Resolve issues to enable the team objectives to be met.
Create and manage team budgets.
Facilitate the documentation of business requirements, reviewing functional
specifications, analyzing impact of changes on HRSC and other HR processes,
developing/reviewing comprehensive test plans and associated results, and
overseeing testing, issue resolution, communication, resource management,
and change management
Liaise between the HR organization and the IT&S organizations when rolling
out new or enhanced system functionality to ensure all process and system
related requirements are realized

Required Skills/Experience:
Strong Taleo Sys Admin experience; Beyond functional knowledge of Taleo
Experience leading projects and / or resources.
Preferred: healthcare experience and experience with Business Objects or
other reporting tools.
