Job Titlel: RPG/Synon Programmer Location: Hoboken/Somerset, NJ Duration: 6+Months Contract *Need USC,GC,EAD GC Only* Job Description: SYNON (Solid experience), RPG, MQ, MS word/excel/power point, with proven track record of directly work with the client and to gather requirement, document the requirement, translate the requirement into functional/technical specification documentation. Must have a very good Team Lead experience of leading and managing the team, capturing the issues in issue log, assign to team member to get it resolved in time. Tracking and reporting issue, defect to leadership team. Prior experience working closely with the PM is desired as it require understanding of project timeline, assigning resource to task, understanding the task start and end date, reporting the completion of the task to PM Skill - Technical lead who must have at least 5+ years of experience in SYNON, RPG, MQ.
