*Position : Project/Product Manager (Product Delivery)* *Location : Waltham, MA* *Duration : 12+ Months* *Interview : Phone then Face to Face * *Job Description* • As a Project manager in the Product Delivery team you will guide the product development lifecycle for small to medium sized projects that form part of the Intralinks service offerings targeted at secure enterprise collaboration and file sharing in the enterprise, largely focused on the Chief Information Officer as a buyer. • The Product Delivery Team works closely with the product management team, directly within the market and cross functionally within the organization to take product requirements and turn them into executable project plans including rigorous validation and product packaging. *Job Responsibilities* • Manage the entire Enterprise Applications life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities • Turn business use cases and feature roadmaps into executable project plans. • Gather required product features from a variety of sources, including product management, architecture and systems engineering. • Creation and articulation of project plans, resource plans and project content. • Development of 18-24 month high level plans to meet that vision • Feature-level service requirements • Creating resourcing plans • Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. • Plan project stages and work with the Product Management team to assess business implications for each stage • Develop expert knowledge of the business unit’s mission, goals, products, services and applications. • Position them to be a key contributor in tactical and strategic decisions relative to software solutions to business problems/opportunities. • Prepare for and oversee any external customer audits. • Ability to manage programs when needed • Assists senior staff in defining guidelines, training new employees, and ensuring conformance to company policies and procedures • Participate effectively in strengthening the organization's tools, artifacts and other governance aspects • Manage time and resources and juggle competing deadlines effectively • Understand the business needs of the project and its interaction with other projects/programs to make decisions that are in the best interest of the organization *Qualifications: * • Requires a minimum of 8+ years’ experience of related experience and Bachelor's degree in software development or IT field OR 6 years and a relevant Master’s degree • Demonstrated record of defining and driving to launch successful software products or SaaS services in the collaboration or social networking space • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies, including Scrum master • Experience of owning a product throughout the full SDLC and enabling delivery into a marketplace • BS in Computer Science or related technical degree, MBA preferred • Strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirement and software requirements into executable plans. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a pre-requisite • Demonstrable passion for technology and a strong aptitude for business strategy • This position may require travel to customer and non-customer sites worldwide *Regards* *Ranjeet Kumar* *Technical Recruiter* *VSG Business Solutions * *Phone No. 302-261-3207 Ext - 112* *Email :ranj...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com <ranj...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com>* *Hang Out :vsgranjeet* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
