Performance Testing Lead to develop test strategies / methods / and
reporting in support of Agile scrum teams.  This individual would manage
and direct contracted testers residing in the scrum teams and provide a
testing oversight.  The position will also build and enhance relationships
between Development & Performance Engineering
Key Accountabilities & approximate time split (%)
(Ideally 4-10 points, or headings with sub-points. Quantify where possible
e.g. cost/income budget, no of subordinates, likely no of yrs/mths to
complete longest task. Could note key external/internal lateral
relationships) • Developing and managing self (10%)
•Foster Development relationships (10%)
•Developing testing frame work and maintenance of framework (40%)
•Managing the efforts of contracted testing staff (30%)
•Review out-of-norm test results (10%)

Person Specification
(Personal attributes essential to performing role: e.g. skills,
competencies, expertise, knowledge, experience.  Note: experience not to be
time-bound) Specific knowledge and experience required:
•BS degree in a technology discipline or equivalent experience
•Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, dynamic
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to display strong sense of
•Excellent communication skills
•Experience managing small team of testers
•Must know how client browsers interact with web servers using the HTTP and
other web services protocols
•Experience testing in Java Apps, Web Services
•Experience using one or more of the following is desired:
