*Job Title: SFDC Technical Lead*

*Duration: 6+ Months *
We have an urgent requirement for SFDC Technical Lead
* Should have hands on Experience on Implementing SFDC Service Cloud;
Should have delivered minimum one project on Service Cloud implementation.
* Candidate should be involved in implementing service console, Knowledge
Management, Live Agent and CTI integration
* Should have Functional experience in Service modules such as Case
Management, Entitlement, Solutions, Knowledge management(incl. Article
Type, Data Category configuration)
* Should have understanding on Salesforce.com Service Cloud an its
integrations with CTI
* Knowledge of Force.com, Integrations with third party application
* Should have experience in Support engagements
* Handle tickets based on priority and severity and distribute them to the
* Familiar with SDLC and required deliverables for each phase.
* Work as a business partner with client users to evaluate / improve
business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions
* Must have exceptional communication skills, able to communicate
effectively with both a technical audience and business users.
* Ability to understand business problem and respond in business language
