*Immediate Need Business Analyst Need Local to MD For Face to Face Interview*
Position : Business Analyst Location : Rockville, MD Duration : 6 months Contract Rate:$45/HR on C2C Summary of Duties: Refines and details requirements received from the Project Initiator and the backlog and collects additional requirements with the team. Prepares the Requirements document according to USP templates and standards. Conducts reviews of the requirements with the project team and in Peer Review with other Business Analysts. Updates and maintains the Requirements document. Communicates requirement document updates to all parties involved in the project. Stores all versions of the document in a central repository that is accessible by all project team members. Captures items for backlog that are out of scope of current project. Prepares any requirements change requests that occur after requirements are approved. Skills Required: Experience in process modeling, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and use case diagramming. Ability to excel in a fast paced environment with a high degree of change and ambiguity. Proficient in MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Proven success as a business analyst, with demonstrated ability to build and achieve consensus. Excellent communication skills and demonstrated expertise in writing and presentation.
