*Project Manager W/Telecom* Location : Denver ,CO Duration : 6+ Months Responsibilities: · Provide balance and prioritize client requests to ensure timely delivery · Ability to manage all phases of the project life cycle · Effective in requirement gathering techniques · Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills · Ability to work with matrixes/onshore-offshore project team models · Must be able to be fluent in MS Office Suite including MS Project and MS Visio Qualifications: · 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully implementing software projects using Agile/scrum methodologies and managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams. Preferably a PMP certified PM · Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met. · Ability to define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects · Excellent knowledge with MS project server and hands on experience on techniques like crashing, costing, forecasting model etc. · Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value · Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level · Bachelor’s degree or 8-10 years related experience and/or training · Understanding of PMI concepts · Has successfully engaged as a client facing consultant · Successes in teamwork and leadership Preferred Requirements: · PMP Certification · 5-7 years’ experience in the Telecom projects Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel on occasion to various client site(s) -- *Thanks,* *Naresh Kumar .
