*NOTE: !!Must Need LOCALS For F2F!!* *EAD GC & USC**Please reply to my Official id : **rachel.l...@itbtalent.com <rachel.l...@itbtalent.com>* Key Accountabilities: Infrastructure Automation: -Design and build of systems automation connecting tools and landscapes across the infrastructure stack .Includes tools such as Virtual Center, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Linux shell scripts, CommVault, NetApp, 3PAR, HP SIM, HP Omi, Cisco devices .Automation of routine simple tasks as well as more complex workflows traversing multiple teams and technologies. This includes workflows running at managed hosting vendor and public cloud environments. .Gather technical requirements, identify automation opportunities, areas for improvement, synergy with overall processes and design for automated and consolidated process .Research Configuration Management tools; assist with pilot/testing, success criteria, business case and recommendations. Process has started with Puppet. Request and Change Process Automation: .Develop deep understanding of CMDB design and the processes for Change and Request management. .ServiceNow familiarity and expertise with Service Catalog and Workflow Management .Identify and create remediation plan for any CMDB gaps .Gather functional specifications from cross-segment of user population, identify automation opportunities, areas for improvement, synergy with overall processes and design for automated and consolidated process .Build and maintain service catalog items and modular workflow within ServiceNow to automate/enhance existing processes .Research Orchestration tools / options; assist with pilot/testing, success criteria, business case and recommendations. Process has started with ServiceNow Orchestration module. Analytics/Monitoring Automation: .Analysis of Splunk as an additional data source for gaining insight into landscape health, root cause analysis and both reactive and proactive monitoring .Assist with pilot/testing, success criteria, business case and recommendations .Add CMDB, Change and Request feeds to analytics engin .Work with expert centers to push additional integrations to monitoring toolset, as needed .Analysis of existing monitoring/alerting toolset and integration opportunities to provide additional opportunities .Design and build of reporting and automation based on ITSM, configuration management, ITSM and other feeds. Relevant Experience/Technical Skills: .Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 7 - 10 years of experience in an enterprise technology role. .Experience with web development technologies: Javascript, AJAX/JSON, REST, HTML, CSS required .Experience with relational databases and SQL required .Experience with Server, Virtualization, LAN, or SAN related technologies / concepts required .Large scale enterprise IT experience required .Systems integration experience required .Experience designing/extending CMDB and/or Service Catalog .Process driven with proficiency in SMART / ITIL methodology .Experience with MySQL and PHP a plus .Experience with Infrastructure and/or Monitoring automation a plus .Experience with ServiceNow a plus .Experience with Puppet or Chef (or similar Configuration Management tools) a plus .Proficient in Linux/Unix technologies a plus .Experience with disaster recovery and high availability technologies and architecture .Knowledge and experience with public cloud infrastructure and technologies .Well-developed project management skills with proven record of delivering projects on-time and on-budget .Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation Regards, Rachel Lian - Staffing Manager Desk No :201-855-4204 rachel.l...@itbtalent.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
