*Need Technical Writer in AZ - 6 Months contract!* Position : Technical Writer Location : Tempe, AZ Duration : 6 Month *Need GC or USC!* Job Requirements: Coric Layout Builder - Proficient with Layout Builder and its functionalities. Create and maintain Templates for various reports (PDF and Excel formats) – including Charts, Images, Commentaries, Section Visibility, Error Messaging and their related functionalities. Integrate layouts within the Dashboard. Understand the logic and rules implemented in the existing reports to support the future enhancements. Design mock-ups reports during the requirement gathering process for the projects or dockets. Interface closely with the Reporting Team, Technology and Production Support teams for any questions or general troubleshooting issues within Coric (specifically within the Templates). Coric Data Mapper - Understand Data Blocks and related Properties for various connection types – Cisco Composite and Eagle. Understand the Data Block structure for all existing reports/ layouts. Understand Display Name, Physical Name, Parameter Name and Variable Name. Coric Production Control - Production Control and its various functionalities. Existing Dashboard functionality and related screens. Pack Creation and Maintenance - Client/ Account Based Packs. Calendar Set-up Process. Document Warehouse - General understanding of a Document Warehouse, its functionalities and the upload and approval Process. Troubleshoot production issues related to documents used within the warehouse. SQL - Basic understanding of SQL queries including maintenance of relevant SQL tables, including Strategy Mappings, Template Mapping and Report Type Tables. Others - Understand the Migration Process between environments (DEV -> UAT -> Prod) - Export/ Import the Layouts, Data Blocks etc. Understand the Project Processes - Coordinate with the relevant teams for timelines and migration of Templates to Dev, UAT and Prod, maintaining the release notes and relevant approvals (SIT/ UAT Sign-offs).
