* Job Requirement*

·         Lead requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, configuration
design working sessions for multiple Croons functional areas including
Time, Absence, Leave, Attestation and Entitlements

·         Participates in the client implementation such as Kickoff,
Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design,
Testing, and Documentation. Works directly with the customer’s project team
to understand their business needs and facilitate translation of those
business needs into a set of systematic specifications for development.

·         Lead WFM team on the engagement, planning, organizing and
validating the work of other team members. Provides guidance, assistance.
Using a high-degree of insight and analytical skill recommends alternatives

·         Have a deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of
Croons software Version 7 and up to properly and creatively utilize
features to meet client needs. Detailed understanding of the various
functional modules, application architecture, and experience with

·         Must have multiple HRIS Full Life Cycle implementations and
upgrades with large Corporate systems within the last 10 years in Time,
Absence, Attestation, Analytics, Entitlements and Attendance functionality

·         Must have proven experience managing enterprise-wide
implementation of Croons in Payroll, Time and Attendance.

·         Deep knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, time & labor management, or
similar domain knowledge.

·         Experience implementing Croons 6.x and 7.x and exposure to 8.x

·         Strong experience scheduling, preparing presentations and status

·         Superb written and oral communication skills required (e.g.,
proficient in Microsoft

·         PowerPoint and Word) with executive and project level
communication and reporting.

·         Strong leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a
project team.

·         Ability to perform multiple tasks ranging from project management
to coaching other
team members.

·         Understanding of Mobile Space

·         Ability to work with large / distributed teams

·         Knowledge of Human Capital Management solutions.

·         Experience in configuration of Time, absence, attestation,
analytics and attendance functionality

·         Experience with MS Office, including MS Projects and VISIO.
