Client is seeking to Business Solutions Architects/ Delivery Managers for
contract to hire positions. Candidates should have a wide breadth of
experience Architecting solutions pertaining to back office systems. The
environment is Oracle, but candidates can be from Non Oracle environments
We are looking for candidates who have worked in a variety of areas such as
ERP, Middleware, Identity Management, MDM etc. Prior candidates have
falling short because they have only focused ion one thing (i.e. only
Oracle E-Business). I have attached an example resume of a candidate they

Duration: 6 Month Contract To Hire
Citizenship: Any. This is a true CTH role. Not looking for short term
consultants at all.

C Candidates that are manager or higher level in larger companies
(preferably big 5 consulting firms).
· Candidates that have technical experience in the past i.e. grew
from architect or technical lead role
· Candidates that have diverse delivery experience in the
backoffice systems (see below). Having experience in just one area is not
enough - they should have experience in at least two or more areas. It is
preferable to have experience in our technology suite (Oracle Ecosystem)
but it’s not required.
· ERP, CRM/SFDC, Middleware/integrations, Master Data Management,
Enterprise Data Warehouse, Marketing Automation,Prepublication/content
management system, Rights/Permissions management, Product planning and life
cycle management systems, etc.
· Candidates that have publishing or media industry experience.

· Candidate that have permissions/rights management experience.

Candidates to avoid:
· Please don’t send candidates with mostly Database/information
architecture related experience. This role is about delivering projects in
the application space and not as much focused on DB or data architecture.

related experience. This role is mostly about delivering projects in the
application space and not as much focused on Infrastructure related
· Please don’t send candidates with only delivery experience and no
technical expertise in the past. Ideally, we would like to see candidates
who were architects/tech leads in the past.
· Please don’t send candidates who only have custom application
development experience i.e. .NET or J2EE apps and no back office enterprise
systems experience. We are looking for candidates with some level of
technical delivery experience in enterprise/back office system space
Position Title: Solutions Architect
5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect and/or Technical Lead
10+ years of experience in the Information Technology field
Must have experience delivering multi-year, large projects
Must have experience at the application level of implmentations
Experience with back office, enterprise systems is required (Enterprise
Data Warehouse, MDM, Middleware, ERP, CRM, etc)
Experience digging in and asking questions to clarify requirements
Experience working with 3rd party vendors
Experience in an Enterprise organization
Desired Skills: Experience with an organization in the publishing space or
Experience in an Oracle environment is highly desired
Familiarity with Java technology stack
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or similar field of study
Description of Role/Responsibilities:
This is an opportunity for a Senior Technical Lead or Solutions Architect
to hit the ground with a well-known organization. We are looking for
someone to come in and help develop solutions around back office systems at
the application level. This person will act as a liaison between the
business and IT for major, global projects. Responsibilities will also
include: working with different 3rd party vendors, helping design solutions
and other implementation tasks. Ideal candidates will have experience
delivery experience with a couple of different back office system areas
(i.e - Middleware, integrations, CRM, Datawarehouse, etc.) and have the
ability to adapt to a new environment quickly. If you are looking for a
