If you’re comfortable with the requirement, Please send me the *updated resume along with contact details, work authorization status, availability, expected hourly rate.* *Below is the job description for your reference:* *JOB Title: Exchange Server Administrator * *Location: Tempe, AZ* *Duration:6+ months* *Job Description:* Minimum Experience Required: 8-10 YEARS Mandatory Skills: MS Exchange Admin, Infra Consulting Citrix Consulting, VMware Consulting, Consulting, Windows & AD Consulting, Infra Consulting Language Skills: English Language *Key skills required for the job are:* · MS Exchange Admin (Mandatory) · Infra Consulting (Mandatory) · Working knowledge on Exchange 2007/2010/2013 and O365, Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Exchange ActiveSync · Should be able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues. · Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required. · Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager. · Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders. · Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to his / her tower Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement. · Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents, Hardware troubleshooting & Vendor coordination · Prepare Weekly and monthly status reports. · Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis. · Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys. · Work on the service improvement programs. · Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for new projects. · Training of new team members. · Able to work on Knowledge acquisition and updates to related documents · Minimum work experience:> 5 years As a Consultant, you should have in-depth knowledge in any one technological or industry practice / functional area and overview of 2-3 other areas. You should handle solution definition/ fitment for a small sized project with a medium complexity. You should be able to build a custom Function Module with medium complexity program logic.
