Provide succinct and accurate documentation and verbal notification of issues. 2. Collaborate with remote members of a team. 3. Effectively and actively participate within a cross functional team across multiple applications, domains and business constituents. 4. Enhance and utilize pre-defined and standardized test documentation, processes and templates. 5. Respectfully provide different and new perspectives during open team conversations and interactions. 6. Does not require frequent redirection, repeated clarification or explanation of information and instructions once they have been provided. 7. Other tasks and duties as assigned, relating to system integration and testing of new or existing services and products. 8. This individual will have responsibilities ranging from doing instrumentation and profiling to creating scripts in JMeter center and collaborating with the DBAs, WebSphere Admins, developers and functional testers to execute and troubleshoot performance test runs. 9. The successful candidate will not “rubber stamp” parameters such as ramp up or think times within Jmeter and understands that every application usage is different in production scenarios.
