Master’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Major responsibilities include development of detailed requirements, working with Solution Architect to transform ideas into innovative robust solutions, serve as product requirements expert for vendors, support development of testing approach and testing activities. This person will be managing UA requirements for development by an onshore/offshore development provider, and will be responsible for the definition of product deliverables to ensure smooth integration. This person must be a good team player and problem solver with strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Utilizes experience and knowledge of Project Management Business Analysis, and technical skills to perform analyses of complex business problems to be solved with technical and non-technical solutions Leads the detailed requirements stage, analyzes business needs, and validates solutions with the client Applies functional knowledge to design and customization of workflow systems that provide seamless integration for applications.
