Must be an expert on routed protocols like IPv4/ IPV6 preferably IPV4. 2. Must have an expert knowledge on routing and switching protocols on multivendor Hardware and OS however preferably Cisco. 3. Must be proficient with the Cisco Networking hardware specifically: - Cisco switches Catalyst 4500 Series, 3560-X Series, 3550 Series, 2960 Series, 3750 Series, 3500 XL series, 6500 series, 3000 Series Blade, Ethernet Switching Network Modules. - Cisco Routers 7200 Series, 3800 series ISRs,2900 series ISRs,2800 series ISRs,1900 series ISRs,2000 Series Grid Routers. - Magnum DX940 Industrial Routers, Cloud based Cisco Meraki Access Points. 4. Exposure to Medium to large scale networks with good understanding of Scada and LNG environments. 5. Must be an expert on Data center networking and DR exercise. 6. Must be a master in handling network monitoring and management Tools specifically Solar winds NPM, NTA Cisco prime LMS, Cisco prime Infrastructure. Support Skills 1. Expert on Network troubleshooting skills LAN/ WAN/ Wireless. 2. Expert on Patch / IOS validation and deployment on network devices. (Please refer to the point number 3 under technical skills) 3. Should be a proficient in Configuring and Managing the Routers, Switches, WAN accelerator etc. Specifically w.r.t the hardware provided in row above. (Please refer to the point number 3 under technical skills) 4. Good to have the other skills like administration of F5 load balancer, cisco Nexus etc. Behavioral Skills 1. Excellent communication skills (Written, Oral, and Interpersonal) 2. Excellent Team Player who can work hand in hand with offshore peers. 3. Must have good understanding of ITIL process and use them in day to day service delivery. 4. Experience with service delivery in a 24 x 7 x 365 Environment. 5. Should have worked on production support environment and be productive under pressure.
