*Position: VB.Net Developer* *Location: Columbia, SC * *Duration: 12 Months * *VB.Net Developer with Oracle development/stored procedures experience* The candidate for this position will be responsible for the design, analysis, development, modification and testing of new software modules for the Traffic Data Management Analysis (TDMA) system. Analyze system architecture and design of the TDMA system and make changes as needed within the existing software. Modify existing database architecture to support new functionality as required. Porvide support for an external field system with full editing capabilities and export modules that transfer data to the enterprise wide Oracle database TDMA production system on the department server. The software will be written using .NET and Oracle stored procedures. New modules will be designed with software that will provide export of database information in formats needed for the existing Roadway Information Management Systems (RIMS). Continue conversion of additional traffic data to be integrated into the existing system Analyze ATR (Automatic Traffic Recorder), classification and ramp data.
