This resource will lead the DIFS Agency Services technical team in the design, development, and implementation of web applications that expand DIFS online presence. This resource will prepare technical specifications, and design and construct solutions in .NET that meet State of Michigan standards for security, usability, performance and availability. This resource must be an expert .NET developer, and must be willing and able to mentor staff and transfer knowledge. Communication and coordination with .NET and PowerBuilder developers working on all other aspects of the projects is required.
