Role : *Tableau Developer with DWH-Business Intelligence* Location : Sunnyvale , CA Duration : 6+ Months Contract *Job Description:* Tableau Consultant · Strong resource needed: Tableau experience in the most recent job (for at least 6 months) · Preferred a total of atleast 2 years of solid recent Tableau experience (Using the latest version) Use Tableau intensively i.e. at least 90% of time was in Tableau. Troubleshooting skills on Tableau desktop and Tableau server with regard to reports and dashboards Proficient in Oracle Able to work alone or in a team Effective communication with team members and internal customers Tableau Certification is preferred • Here is the additional Tableau info: Understanding the gaps: It is a maintenance project where candidate will be working on existing Tableau reports. Expert on how to convert Oracle data source to Big Query data source (need to figure out the Oracle sql and rewrite into BigQuery sql) Will need to re-do Tableau reports in Plx (need to understand the Tableau report, the sql behind it) Should be at least mid-level with Tableau. (need to have done complex Tableau reports) Should be expert in SQL.(Prefer Oracle) Must have good analytical skill and a self-starter.
