Will work with other application teams to identify and implement services and interfaces to both internal and external systems in accordance with CRS project requirements and timelines. Work as part of a shared services team in the design of complex business services focusing on BizTalk technology. Will be responsible for writing technical specifications/use cases/test plans, coding, mentoring other developers, conducting internal testing efforts. The candidate is expected to demonstrate technical expertise, addressing problems related to BizTalk development, configuration, performance, systems integration. Will demonstrate expertise in a variety of development technologies, practices, and procedures and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish project goals. .Net experience desired. J2EE experience is a plus. Experience with Enterprise Shared Services is desired. Expected to be responsible for adhering to SDLC methodology. Responsibilities: The ideal candidates will be responsible for: � Work with Enterprise Solution Design team to identify architecture for BizTalk Implementations as an integral component of Enterprise Shared Services. Insure the IT solutions perform to expectations. � Design, customize, develop, and test BizTalk services in a multi-tier software systems environment. Prepare documentation conforming to the IT SDLC for design, development, and testing by internal or external entities. � Apply industry standard analysis, architecture, and development techniques to assist in providing optimum solutions. � Create detailed integration test plans � Interact with other functional areas (e.g., R&D, QA, Data Mgmt, EAO, etc.) in the design and deployment of BizTalk as an enterprise Shared Service Incumbent is expected to interact with diverse groups in IT organization, be able to apply expertise in BizTalk to address business needs at application as well as enterprise solution level. � Incumbent is expected to interact with third party vendors, Client clients, and Client partners to ensure the success of B2B integrations of key Client capabilities. � Must demonstrate commitment to software development best practices, including documentation, reusable code design, test driven development, and integrated software testing � Must demonstrate strong problem solving ability, logic and analytical skills. Must be skilled in BizTalk, and .Net development Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience: The ideal candidate(s) must have at least 8-10 years of progressively diverse analysis, development, and testing experience using Java and Web technologies. The person must demonstrate strong knowledge and experience with the responsibilities outlined above. The candidate must have significant experience with technologies listed.
