1-Meet with application teams and project leadership to determine load test
requirements and success criteria.
2-Define performance testing strategy
3-Work on development of performance test scripts using Vugen and Emulators

any performance issues.
5-Coordinate with all development teams to provide performance testing
support for release content and schedules.
6-Coordinate with multiple application development, architecture,
infrastructure and engineering teams for performance defect resolution.

11-Monitor and manage multiple performance test team progress. Test teams
will consist of a mix of onshore and offshore team members for the

12-Performance Monitoring and Bottleneck identification of Resource
Utilization for Windows and Linux System (Sol, AIX is a plus) using System
tools, Introscope
13. Collate and analyse Performance test results from HP Analysis and
provide observations and recommendations
13-NFR Review, Analysis, Finalizing the Scope and planning & scheduling of
the Performance Tests strategize and Plan NFT activities with various
groups (Development, Infrastructure, Database etc.) and secure test
environments in advance.
14-Analyzing NFRs and negotiate with stakeholders on scope and strategy
