Other job duties include creating Custom lists, Features, Web Parts, Event Handlers and Master Pages to improve features and 'look and feel' of SharePoint sites. Candidate should poses a good understanding of SharePoint administration activities. Will Assist with testing, code reviews, documentation and end user training as required. Prefer local candidate. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: Required: 5+ years SharePoint development experience. SharePoint 2013 Experience required. Current experience creating Custom SharePoint 2013 Dashboards using External Content Types, Data Connections, Excel & Excel Services, Performance Point and SQL Server Reporting Services. Must have experience creating custom SharePoint web parts, timer jobs, templates and PowerShell scripts for SharePoint 2010 and 2013. Hands-on experience using Visual Studio to create custom web parts, workflows, timer jobs etc. for SharePoint Experience with the following technologies are required: C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web forms, WCF, Web API, Entity Framework. Experience with PowerShell to manage SharePoint sites Strong knowledge of databases ( MS SQL 2012 or Oracle) and database design Ability to convey clearly, verbal and written, information to individuals or groups SharePoint development experience.
