Position : SQL DBA With PostGre Experience Location : Rosemont, IL Duration : 6+ month contracts JD: The Database Administrator will have 7+ years of experience as an administrator and developer with PostgreSQL (preferably 9.0+). The candidate must also be proficient on a Linux platform (preferably Ubuntu). This individual must have solid skills in the areas of data modeling, database design and architecture, database and application tuning, and experience writing and debugging in PL/pgSQL. Further, the candidate must have good communication skills. Additional “nice to haves” would be experience with stored procedures in any additional languages supported by PostgreSQL, Oracle, Ruby, Rails, or Java.
