* Responsibilities:*Implementation of the Workday HCM/Payroll and Financials modules, The Workday Project Manager shall assist with the planning for operationalizing all deliverables to include Workday HCM/Payroll and Financials, Cornerstone on Demand employee training system, Technology Architecture, Data Services (data dictionary, reporting, data governance), Planning will occur for such operational responsibilities as ongoing update management, business process configuration changes, reporting, application technology management, incident management, training, communication, security, internal controls, tenant management, and administrative processes. *Workday Project Manager Requirements:* 3+ yrs. experience with software/ERP Project Coordination or Management, including all aspects of planning for operationalization of system(s). BA Degree (Required) *Workday Project Manager PLUSES that we are looking for:* 3 yrs. experience working in a large, public higher-education institution Operational planning experience with Workday HCM, Absence, Time, Talent, Financials, Payroll, especially on a Big Bang implementation; Operational planning experience with the Cornerstone on Demand LMS Operational planning experience with Project Standards and Methodologies and/or new Technical Architecture Components Experience in establishing a training unit or sustainment organization (ongoing operational support) 5 yrs.
