We are seeking a technical BA professional with strong analytical and communication skills who can perform the above mentioned role. *Skills and Experience Required: * · Minimum of 8 years of experience in capturing, analyzing and documenting business requirements · Experience conducting interviews with key stakeholders to gather pertinent information · Experience in business process analysis using the following UML based work products; o High level and detailed requirements o Use Cases o Activity Diagrams o Domain Models · The ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, subject matter experts and development teams · Ability to capture requirements with efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail on a consistent basis · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously · Strong analytical and problem solving skills · Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment · Experience in collaborating with QA team to develop and manage test plans · Knowledge of UML and experience in using UML to document requirements Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect, Rational Rose, or other modeling software tool *Skills Preferred:* · Familiarity with railroad business · Experience with project management practices and principles · Knowledge of HP ALM or HP Quality Center · Experience in leading or managing software development · Experience in objected oriented design *Education:* BS in mathematics, physics, engineering or computer science.
