Key Responsibilities: · Understand business context and problems and communicates them clearly in written and oral format. · Conduct interviews with management and clients representatives to gather requirements and document detailed client needs. · Work with the client to understand the design and functionality requirements. · Create presentations and reports to document recommendations and deliver them to the senior client teams. · Perform detailed analysis of complex business processes and requirements and proposes solutions that demonstrate a thorough understanding of technical solution delivery. · Compose user manuals, technical references, release notes, and other customer facing technical documents for software and hardware products. · Develop test plans, test cases, procedures, and documents given business requirements and design documents. Required Experience: · 5+ years of experience in documenting business requirements. · Previous experience with iRise is required. · Prior experience in an IT consulting environment with a focus on business analysis. · Prior experience in the telecommunications industry required. · Understanding of business process redesign concepts and process improvement techniques. · Exceptional organizational skills, analytical skills, strong written and verbal presentation skills. · Exceptional written communication skills and have excellent communication skills and client presence. · Must be a team player and be able to build positive working relationships with team members and project managers that encourage open communication and a supportive team environment. · Report Requirements Document (RRD) creation. · Reporting expertise to support environment decisions and direction. · BA or BS in business Management, or Information Systems required.
