responsible for driving technology thought leadership and business growth
with customers within Tech Mahindra - Enterprise Integration Solutions

Tech Mahindra EIS Practice provides a wide range of services in the
technology space – Enterprise Integration, Cloud / SaaS Integration, BPM,
iPaaS, Enterprise Architecture and many other vertical specific
technologies. We want to expand our Practice Manager team by adding
talented new members who are looking to shape, nurture and win the ‘best
cutting edge technology services engagements’ offered in the world today.

We are looking for people with proven track record in solution consulting,
customer advisory roles, program delivery, sales and pre-sales exposure
(Solution Design, Account Planning, proactive pipeline generation,
proposal/SOW development and estimations, participating in POC and Pilots,
Point of view Presentations, solution walkthrough, closing deals). Ability
to build strong customer relationships and collaborate with vast Tech
Mahindra network is a key for successful candidates.

To ensure regular face to face client interaction Practice Managers are
expected to spend significant amount of their time at the client site,
which may or may not require travel. We are looking for proactive,
self-driven individuals with Business Development DNA for this individual
leadership role. Deal sizes vary from $500K to $5M.

To achieve sales targets and maintain the healthy pipeline Practice Manager
will work closely and collaborate with:

Industry Vertical Account Managers as key counterparts in managing the

Practice COE as key counterparts in developing and selling solutions

Practice Delivery teams as key counterparts in ensuring client satisfaction

Alliance Partners as key counterparts in shaping deals around their

*Key Expectations*

Establish and enhance Tech Mahindra EIS presence in the target USA based

Achieve revenue and order booking goals for the assigned vertical/accounts

Build demand for new solution offerings, new service models

Drive growth in the vertical/accounts for EIS

Hunt for opportunities in new accounts and mine existing accounts for new

*Technology Coverage*

*Practice Manager* should have good understanding of Integration, *SOA,
BPM, ESB* Solutions in addition to being a specialist in at least some of
the technology areas listed below :

*Enterprise Integration* – Application Integration, B2B Integration, Cloud
Integration using technologies like *TIBCO, Open Source, IBM WebSphere,
Software AG webMethods, MuleSoft, Dell Boomietc*

*Advanced Middleware & Enterprise Architecture* - Solutions to achieve low
latency messaging, distributed caching, complex events processing and cloud
based platform-as-a-service models.

*Business Process Management* - Solutions to achieve process efficiencies
by leveraging BPM technologies such as Pega, Lombardi, IBM BPM, Tibco,
Blaze, Appian, Cordys, Oracle BPEL etc.,

*Enterprise Architecture *– *Frameworks like TOGAF*, Large Scale
Application Development, App Portfolio Analysis and Rationalization

*Responsibilities and Activities*

Build Strong Customer Relationships and Credibility as a thought leader

Collaborate closely with Global teams to develop proposals, presentations,
statement of work (SOW) and proactively recommend strategies to grow EIS
presence in existing accounts

Work with Account/Sales teams to manage the pre-sales process with clients
and provide the leadership throughout the opportunity lifecycle from
initial qualification to closure of the deal.

Provide thought leadership & IT transformation recommendations in various
technology areas.

Work with India/Global based practice teams on RFPs/Events/Go-to-Market
(GTM) on solutions

Own service-line account plans and targets for named accounts in a specific
industry segment and region including forecasting revenue and order book,
maintaining and growing pipeline funnel

Provide technical & architecture guidance, for various technology areas in
the EIS spectrum.

Work with the identified key alliance partners and software vendors to
jointly develop GTM plans

Should be able to execute short term strategic consulting projects,
assessments, POC/pilots, map solutions to client business processes, and
develop value proposition and business case

*Qualifications and Expectations*

Location and Travel                 :               preferably West Coast

Total Work Experience          :               *Minimum 10 +  Years, 2+
Consulting Role preferred*

Sales Experience                      :               $1-5M revenue targets
preferred, Account Planning, Solution Selling

Industry Focus                          :               Minimum 2+ years in
positioning tech. solutions in domain for this role

Technology Experience *:               Minimum 8+ Yrs, with a
specialization in any ONE stream of EIS (SOA, Enterprise Integration,
iPaaS, BPM, Legacy Modernization,) & sound understanding of the other

Education                                    :               *Bachelors/Masters
or MBA preferred*

Other Skills Required              :               Excellent communication,
Team player, Flexible, Result Oriented

Alignment to Role                    :               Working in a Global
Delivery Model. Experience with working with complex or transformation
projects preferred.  Should have interacted significantly with CxO, CxO – 1
in both business and IT, for Fortune 500 organizations
