Position : Dynamics CRM Consultant
Location : Raleigh,NC*(Need Locals for inperson)*
Duration : 6 Months

Description:
Microsoft CRM Specialist for DMV Modernization, SOA Center Project.
The CRM specialist will work with a team of NCDOT Staff to transfer
knowledge, create and author plans, policies, procedures, and governance
for SOA within the CRM discipline. The CRM specialist will work closely
with the discipline architects to create (write) governance artifacts for
CRM. They will create rollout plans for new tools, technologies and
frameworks within CRM. They will create deployment plans. They will
 operationalize change management for the tools and technologies within the
CRM discipline. They will create training and procedures to engage IT
administrators to administer and/or configure the tools and technologies
within CRM.  They will participate in process flow analysis and SOA centric
process redesign along with other SOA Discipline Leads, the  Governance
Specialist, the Technical Writer and Project Manager. Activities include
discovering, validating, documenting and communicating the organization's
customer relationships processes and knowledge for the  NCDOT IT SOA
Initiative.

Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to
manage complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have deep
industry experience.

Description:
Guidance and leadership in the usage and support of a collection of
development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications
and products that run on those platforms, beyond that of a Developer /
Programmer
Understanding and knowledge of application development and architecture
that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product
or program
Analysis, visual design, development, data analysis, testing and
implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions,
maintenance (including production support), etc.

Skill
Demonstrated experience working with MS Dynamics CRM Platform (2011-2016
versions preferred)
Experience designing, developing and managing multiple enterprise level CRM
applications
Experience creating web services for enterprise MS Dynamics CRM Online
applications
Demonstrated experience in creating & executing rollout & deployment plans
& in coordinating change management
Ability to work under the direction of managers & with architects to help
evolve new tools & technologies throughout an organization
Ability to work with other specialists & coordinate activities for
applications that are deployed across multiple tools & technologies
Proven Ability to work as a member of a team and high attention to detail
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze
customer relationship implications of business processes and workflows
High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio, High level of
communication skills and able to produce documentation to a high standard
Demonstrated experience with MS Dynamic CRM Online & interoperability with
on-premises line of business applications
Experience using Azure Service Bus to create queues and relays (.NET and C#)
