*Need GC, EAD or Citizen only.* Job Description We are currently looking for a highly motivated, technically savvy, customer-oriented network support engineer who has the skills and experience to support wireless networks in a *global retail store environment. *This is an extremely fast-paced and highly demanding environment. If you have what it takes, we would like to talk to you. Work Hours Variable Holiday and on-call work required at times Required Experience and Skills Excellent English oral and written communications skills Excellent interpersonal communications and customer-service skills Desire and ability to work as part of a global team in a fast-paced, highly demanding IT environment Minimum 3 years of experience with network incident and problem management Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper network devices which includes switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers and access points at a large enterprise. Experience in managing LAN Switching environments and resolving LAN problems including VLAN configuration and troubleshooting at a large enterprise. Experience managing outages, scheduling upgrades, coordination and troubleshooting on service provider links at a large enterprise. In-depth working knowledge of IP networking technologies and routing protocols, including static routing, dynamic routing protocols (BGP, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP), NAT, PAT, ACLs, Radius, PPP, HSRP, VRRP,GLBP, and Tunneling Protocols L2F, PPTP, L2TP, IPSEC. Experience securing network system by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access on Juniper and Cisco firewall at an enterprise level. Experience configuring monitoring tools like SolarWinds , Open NMS, Splunk, etc. Experience maximizing network performance through monitoring. Experience Managing IP scope and leasing, DNS and DHCP. Experience with Authentication, Authorization and Accounting (AAA) configuration.
