Advanced experience delivering high performance/scalable software solutions Excellent analytical skills. Ability to work on software with intermediate to advanced complexity. Enthusiasm and willingness to do whatever is needed to get the job done. Versatility to work in the business layer and other areas of the product outside the UI as needed. Seeks feedback from peers on source code and reviews code for others, all in the constructive spirit of building high quality software. Highly accountable. Excellent interpersonal skills. Preferred: Familiarity with User Experience Design and creation of wire frames as the basis for UI design review.
