*RESPONSIBILITIES :This purpose of this role is to provide project
management support across a portfolioof first party products in an online
retail environment.The selected Project Management Senior Analyst will be
responsible forsimultaneously coordinating activities across multiple
projects from End-to-Endwithin a portfolio of products offered within an
online retail environment.Efficiently deliver quality work while executing
processes and activities associatedwith global launch initiatives. Such
activities include but aren’t limited to:Oversee/Manage the Project
Manifest - Track E2E Project TimelinesPerform task owner follow-upsPrepare
online experience content for review/signoffLaunch/Project Status Reporting
(Enterprise, Portfolio, Project views)Issue & Risk Tracking (Launch
Specific)Project Status Meeting CoordinationProject Status Communications
(coordination/content population)Launch specific ‘Change Request’
trackingTrack Site Enhancements requested for launchPrepare Project Post
Mortem materials and capture lessons learned and best practices for
continuous improvement effortsSubmit requests for content creation and/or
WebDev work as neededCoordinate activities across project teams and
stakeholders to ensure a successful launch.Design and implement process and
change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to
enable process improvements that create value.Provide administrative
support for priority requests as capacity permits.*
*SKILLSMinimum 3+ years of experience in a retail environment (ideally
online/e-commerce)Experienced in executive level communications
