This position will gather requirements, establish standards for project initiation, construct templates and job aids, and identify and document gaps in business process for DART/Delaware Transit Corporation. Quality Assurance, Test Management and Project Management skills are also central. The selected candidate will receive direction from IT management and senior technical peers, and work directly with the business teams on requirements, coordination of testing, and documentation. The candidate also will work on full project lifecycles with users and technical team while maintaining a foundational, standardized approach.
