*Skills Required:*

·         Strong technical skills in Windows / ESX – 6+ years. Should be
hands on and willing to build servers/ troubleshoot if required

·         Minimum 2 years’ experience as team lead/ technical lead required

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         Ability to communicate effectively and assign work and tasks

·         Be available off hours as needed to step into highly technical

·         Communication and Teamwork

·         Schedule and conduct regular meetings with the Windows Sys Admin

·         Maintain close contact with everyone on the Windows Sys Admin
team. Be aware of all ongoing projects and provide support, guidance and
resources as necessary to the business to ensure their deliverables are
timely and of high quality

·         Build a sense of teamwork and cooperation within the Windows Sys
Admin team and other Information Technologies staff.

·         Delegate tasks and follow up to make sure that they are completed.

·         design and implement training plans for staff and new hires

·         Assist in hiring and training for other positions as needed

   - Ensure that all Windows Sys Admin build projects are documented;
   ongoing status reports, and summary reports.

Document and log all changes to system software and configurations
