Position: Business Systems Analyst Lead Duration: 6 Months Location: New York/Dallas/Columbus Rate: $58/Hr on C2C *QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:* Minimum 8*+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst Lead*, with heavy emphasis on technology and implementation understanding. Excellent verbal and written skills are critical since this job primarily entails communicating technical information to both *technical and non-technical audiences*. Experience managing or leading a team of Business System Analysts or other contributors on a software delivery project. Experience working with software or web technology teams. Experience with software development methodologies and practices (*SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall,* etc.) General knowledge of *financial services* concepts and products. Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of *partners and stakeholders*. Basic computer programming skills.
