Andre landed squarely (and repeatedly across both interviews) on the ‘take control’ end of the spectrum, never really acknowledged there are different ways to handle different situations.* *Must have Salesforce.com Experience* · The client has an instance of *Salesforce.com *has 25+ integration points so the ideal candidate will have experience with that type of project management (as opposed to a more standalone type of SF implementation). Also the Technical Project Manager will have a very heavy interaction with the product owner team from initial backlog reviews all the way through to post-implementation activities. Depth of experience in a leadership capacity in the PM role is important. · *He must have experience leading Salesforce.com based projects*. You will be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences across multiple channels, specifically Salesforce.com, and may include native iOS, Android, web, social integration, , and APIs. You will be challenged with identifying innovative ideas and proof of concept to deliver against the existing and future needs of our customers. *Qualifications:* · *8+ years of technical project management experience* · Deep understanding of all aspects of software design with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility · Strong hands on *Salesforce experience or certification* (a plus); Ability to get into code with team members and drive to solutions · Experience managing Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality · Experience managing project budgets and reporting.
