*No H1B OR OPT.* *Face To Face Interview* *Job Requirements*Communication skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their technical needs and ask the right questions to surface essential design issues related to the creation or modification of Salesforce code Listening skills, to understand what developers, testers and project managers say and to detect what they might be hesitant to say Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding Design skills, to create effective but easily maintainable technical solutions to specific problems in our clients Salesforce.com environment Technical writing skills, to communicate technical information effectively to technical staff and other development team members Troubleshooting skills, to efficiently detect the source of errors in the coding and configuration of a Salesforce.com environment. An understanding of Salesforce.com technology, including, but not limited to an understanding of security concepts, standard objects, triggers, indexes, fields,reports, formula fields and workflow rules Deep and extensive knowledge, experience of force.com technical platform including Apex, Triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce etc. An understanding of how to practice good software engineering according to an Agile development life cycle in a team environment. Extensive understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items. *Responsibilities* Work with the product owner to understand feature requirements and design approaches. Identify and create object classes and their methods. Create and exercise unit testing code for object classes Update and Agile requirements development database according to the current state of development of the requirement Make consistent and accurate estimates regarding the level of effort needed to implement features in Salesforce Detect and resolve bugs in software Participate in requirements discussion, analysis and effort sizing.
