Responsibilities:*
o Assist clients in effectively gathering business requirements
o Understand and analyze client's documentation, identifying implications,
issues, and risks.
o Develop business policy admin system requirements documentation from
client specifications
o Ability to analyze and evaluate existing and/or proposed insurance systems

o Create visual design diagrams for all audiences
o Develop test plans & participate in the testing process to ensure high
quality project deliverables
o Review test cases created by the client
o Interact with other team members and clients to ensure quality solution
o Participate acceptance testing to produce high-quality deliverables to the
business
o Communicate with the client to track and debug testing issues, resolve
them, and perform regression testing.
o Potentially act as a mentor to colleagues and the client
o Develop detailed requirements and functional design documents that can be
referenced by global delivery staff, respond to their questions, and
reconcile the functionality of their deliverables to these documents. In the
case of working with offshore staff, this may require conducting early
morning or evening conference calls.
o Draft/author business requirements documents using appropriate business
writing skills, exhibiting effective communication of business requirements
for the technical/development team

*Necessary skills:*
o College degree and/or 5 years of applicable business experience
o Experience in Property and Casualty insurance, 5 years minimum
o Consultative, customer-oriented
o Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
o Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
o Confidence in facilitating client issues
o Ability to work independently
o Ability to think creatively

o Knowledge of testing principles and methodologies
o Knowledge of ACORD standards
o Knowledge of Visio software
o Understanding of project management

o Ability to produce accurate and detailed project estimates.
