*Job Summary*

The Compliance Project Manager, under the direction of Risk and Compliance
Director, is responsible for executing small to medium projects associated
with mortgage loan servicing activities.  The role is in charge of managing
compliance change initiatives which ensure adherence to federal and state
legislative requirements and requires acceptance and sustainability by
impacted business units..  The individual is accountable for defining and
coordinating project scope, requirements, design, delivery, testing,
utilizing best practice project management methodology and overall
implementation for projects in the compliance change management portfolio.

methodology and effectively govern projects ensuring the change initiative
is successfully applied to the environment...



*Key Accountabilities*

   - Lead a team in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and
   closing tasks of a project to produce the solution deliverable.
   - Assist in the development of project scope and objectives, involving
   all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
   - Understand business’ resources, priorities, and policies/procedures
   and applies this understanding to project activities
   - Successfully manage project schedule and quality; striving to deliver
   projects on-time and within budget.
   - Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
   - Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using
   appropriate verification techniques
   - Work with the team to clearly represent the team’s consensus in all
   communications.
   - Clearly define team expectations regarding scope of work and
   responsibilities.
   - Effectively disseminate all relevant project knowledge to the team.
   - Ensure appropriate stakeholder approval and sign-off on all project
   deliverables.
   - Report and escalate to management as needed
   - Perform risk management to minimize project risks
   - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
   - Other related duties as assigned

*Required Qualifications*



§  High School Diploma or equivalent

§  Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Applications

§  At least 2 years of Project Management experience

§  At least two years of experience in financial or similar industry



*Preferred **Qualifications*

§  Bachelors Degree in Business, Project Management or similar field

§  At least two years of experience in Mortgage Servicing

§  PMP Certification
