Business Analyst Lead with Siebel CTMS background

Skills Required (detailed):

·         Business Analyst Lead with Siebel CTMS background

·         The resource should have experience preparation for, leading and
the facilitation of meetings focused initially on business process

·         After defining the new to be process the resource will need to
quickly move into facilitating sessions to gather requirements associated
with the new defined processes.

·         Process sessions will require the capture of level 1 to level 3
processes were applicable.

·         Facilitated sessions must be run in a regimental manner with clear
objectives, a note taker, action items and an end of day wrap-up.

·         It is preferred that the resource have CTMS implementation
background using the Siebel tool.

·         This is necessary for the process harmonization activities that
will be driven by functions available in the Siebel CTMS application.

·         Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong executive presence and ability to interact with top

·         Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities

·         Bachelors Degree in a related area of study

·         MUST be willing to travel extensively, up to 100%
