Title: SharePoint Administrator
Location: New York City,NY
Duration: 12 month contract

NOTE: !!Must Need LOCAL!!

The ideal candidate should have:
•4+ years of experience in requirements gathering and analysis of
SharePoint projects
•Expert-level understanding of SharePoint Server and SharePoint Designer
capabilities (administration, installation, configuration and
customization)
•Demonstrate expertise in communicating the value of SharePoint features
(Site Collections; Sites; Communities; Content; Search; Managed Metadata)
•Experience with operating in a project management role, and possess
capabilities of leading a software implementation lifecycle
•Experience and be knowledgeable of SharePoint 2010 and 2013 components;
master pages; experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath and Visual
Studio
•Demonstrate a working knowledge of SharePoint Online integration using
XML, HTML, SQL, Web services
•Experience working directly with clients and end users
•Ability to identify and champion technology change initiatives, and work
collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to design and deliver a
solution
•An understanding of project administration activities
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Word,
Outlook, MS Project, Visio and PowerPoint
•Experience working in a large organization, previous experience within the
Insurance industry is an advantage, but not essential

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: (Deliverables)
•Identifying requirements using interviews, analysis, workshops, surveys,
business process descriptions, use cases, task and workflow analysis.
•Critically analyze and evaluate data/information gathered from multiple
sources, and reconcile/reconcile gaps.
•Conducting independent analysis, and reviews utilizing knowledge of
alternatives, business systems, and functional requirements.
•Drive creation, definition, and documentation of business requirements and
functional specifications.
•Developing, analyzing business requirements and translate requirements
into technical specifications
•Discussing, analyzing, and reviewing requirements with team members, and
facilitating effective team interaction.
•Analyzing high-level information requirements and information flows
•Decompose high-level abstract information into to a general understanding
•Understanding and communicating SharePoint capabilities, including
strategies and deliverables required for successful implementation and
end-user adoption
•Conduct client and end user meetings to define requirements and establish
criteria
•Architect SharePoint solutions that support client business objectives
•Conduct qualitative analysis of existing SharePoint or other intranet
implementations and provide thoughtful, strategic improvement
recommendations
•Define content strategy solutions, including document workflow and
governance policies
•Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders using
interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases,
scenarios, workflow analysis
•Identify data sources for system integrations, create data flow diagrams
and process documentation
