*REPLY ME AT:dayle.wil...@itbtalent.com <dayle.wil...@itbtalent.com>* Title: SAP Functional BI consultant Location: Hopkins, MN Duration: 3-6+ Months Principal Accountabilities: 20% Requirements Gathering & Analysis: •Identify, compile, and document business requirements through Interviews with relevant stakeholders, investigation of existing documentation, and through data/system analysis. •Analyze and prioritize business requirements to assess fit/gap with technology enablement, needs vs. wants, and legal or statutory requirements. 60% Solution Design: •Partner with development teams to translate the project requirements into data and report functional designs. •Create functional data designs mapping field sources to report targets •Create design mock-ups •Document logic for formulas and calculations •Validate technical mappings •Review design recommendations with peer or solution architects •Communicate designs with designers and developers to enable report build. 20% Testing/Go-Live Support •Develop test scripts to ensure requirement is met •Execute test scripts to ensure accuracy of data and functionality of reports. •Assist with product, user acceptance, business simulation, and/or regression testing, as required •Support “go live/hypercare” activities, including solution break/fix tasks and miscellaneous trouble-shooting Required: •5+ years relevant business experience •1+ years SAP experience (as a user or an implementation team member) and/or ERP implementation experience •Past project experience as a data analyst or experience working with data integrations in SAP BW/Hana. •Strong information research, data tracing, and data design skills. •Demonstrated ability to be successful in ambiguous environments •Demonstrated analytical, technical, and problem solving skills •Ability to make decisions independently within scope or boundaries •Strong collaboration and influencing skills •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Experience facilitating meetings and/or group discussions Preferred: •Prior business intelligence experience working as part of an agile delivery team. •Past experience working with a global team •Ability to identify information required to make critical business decisions Regards Dayle Wilson - IT Technical Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc.
