Mandatory Requirements 6 years of Experience with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) of which a minimum of 2 years were spent on RFPs for Texas state agencies. 5 years of Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines. 5 years of Experience successfully leading meetings and facilitating discussions. 5 years of Expertise using Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio, with exceptional skills in Word and Visio. Knowledge of how Texas Medicaid is implemented and managed. Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups, and manage multiple responsibilities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, team playing and communication skills.
