Excellent communications skills (oral and written) are a must. Candidate must have excellent analytical, communications, and problem-solving skills. He or she must be flexible in adapting to changing priorities quickly. Candidate must be resourceful and enterprising in architecting efficient, cost-effective, and easy-to-use solutions to meet business users’ application needs. Candidate must be able to work independently for the most part, and occasionally in a team, on requirements gathering, scope, system design, development, testing, implementation, training, and post-implementation technical support of the system/modules he or she is assigned. Candidate must be able to work with minimum supervision. Multi-tasking and a hands-on approach to every task assigned are required skills. Candidate must demonstrate unshakeable integrity, good work ethics, responsibility, and personal accountability in everything they. Candidate will be required to travel to different company locations. Job Description: Candidate will technically enhance and technically support the entire Construction Management Work Management system with all it's current modules and interfaces. Intense user interaction is expected during data gathering, business analysis, functional and gap analysis, and user testing and implementation. Candidate will also maintain and support Oracle 11G Web Application Servers (application and database with failover option to backup servers). Candidate will support OID/AD synchronization and replication across servers, develop/support multiple front-end web applications using Oracle IDS and 11G forms/reports, and apply quarterly oracle security patches (CPU) tasks. *Share me resume with clear photo ID proof like (Driver License, State ID Card, Passport copy of first page)*.
